Jim Porter is the principal broker of PorterHeritage Inc., a Real Estate Investment & Property Management company, owned and operated by Jim and Lorraine Porter. Jim is a licensed real estate broker in the state of California and has been involved in real property management since 1995. His professional experience includes serving as the Executive Director, Pacific Institute for Business Management, and Director of Operations, Xplor International. Jim has a B.S. degree from the University of California, Davis, and an M.B.A. from Eastern University in St. Davids, PA.
Lorraine M. Porter

Lorraine Porter is also a broker of PorterHeritage Inc. She has been a licensed real estate broker in the state of California since 1998. Lorraine has worked in online marketing development and research for several Silicon Valley firms, including NavTeq, Asimba, and the City of San Jose Convention & Visitor’s Bureau. Lorraine is a summa cum laude graduate of the Honors Business Program from the University of Texas at Austin.
PorterHeritage provides property management services to owners of single-family homes, duplexes, condominiums, apartment buildings, office buildings, and specialty use properties. PorterHeritage also provides real estate services for individuals, partnerships, and corporations desiring to invest in real income property.
Currently, PorterHeritage manages dozens of multifamily residential and commercial properties representing hundreds of apartment and commercial units.
